The main aim for the new Lotts and Lots website was to showcase Charlotte's services, whilst providing a place where she can continue to blog and share her photography and crafting tips.
When I first spoke to Charlotte, she already had a basic blog which she had been using for many years. Charlotte was looking for something more unique and personal to her style and decided bespoke was the best approach. She had already put together her logo and overall branding and knew exactly what colours and fonts she wanted to use. She just needed someone to adapt her branding into a website design and that’s where I came in.
Charlotte offers a range of services such as styling & photography, fresh flowers and regular workshops. The new service pages allowed Charlotte to provide more information to potential clients whilst showcasing her beautiful photography.
The new blog features flexible content blocks that can be placed in any order. This allows Charlotte the freedom to easily mix up her layouts without having to add any additional code or plugins. Featured image blocks and carousels really allow Charlotte to show off her imagery at every opportunity.
The blog makes use of all the typical features such as search, categories and tags, ensuring visitors can easily find what they are looking for or browse specific topics.
I really enjoyed working on this website and love the outcome. I feel Charlottes photography skills are the highlight of the website and really tie everything together. I look forwards to seeing more of Charlottes creative posts on Lotts and Lots.
